This delicious crunch salad is easy to put together and packed with nutrients. It’s a complete meal! It is full of vitamin C & D. It’s rich in protein. Crunchy and refreshing! Things You’ll Need:

  • 2 romaine lettuce
  • 8 Ounce chicken breast Meat
  • 1/2 cup frozen soybeans or lima beans
  • 1/2 cup planter’ s cocktail peanuts
  • 1 package Wonton Strips (crispy salad toppers)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup Asian Toasted Sesame dressing
  1. Wash 2 romaine lettuce and cut into 1/2 inch strips, put into a salad bowl.
  2. Shred peeled cucumber and add to lettuce.
  3. Put frozen soybean or lima bean in a micro wav able container and add 1/2 water to container. Microwave for 3 minutes or till cooked. Cool with ice water and drain. Add to salad bowl.
  4. Add 8 ounce cooked chicken breastmeat, sliced, to salad bowl. If you do not have cooked meat. Put uncooked breast meat in microwavable dish and cover. Cooked for 5 minutes or till done. Cool and slice.
  5. Add 1/2 shredded carrots, 1/2 cup planter’ s cocktail peanuts, 2 ounce package of crispy wonton strips to bowl.
  6. Add 1/2 cup Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing and mix well.

Makes three servings.
